Shipping

Orders placed in Month A will ship by the middle of Month B. They should take about one week to arrive from Japan.

Returns & Exchanges

We believe you’ll love each and every pencil, but if you’re unhappy for any reason we’ll immediately send a replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy

You may stop your subscription at any time. We will never charge you beyond the pencils that have already been sent. Should you cancel now in Month A, you will not receive pencils starting in Month B.
